Regional Event Medics has been established to provide skilled pre-hospital care to events held in the Central West of New South Wales at a price that considers the challenges faced by regional event organisers

History

The company was formed after numerous requests were made from local organisations for First Aid support. These organisations previously have either not required first aid services, had received quotes from large first aid providers that exceeded available event budgets or simply relied on volunteers to act as “Good Samaritans” (later to discover that under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW) they didn’t meet the criteria of a Good Samaritan and were not legally protected).
